We’ve just updated the Windows build of our Triton Ocean SDK to use the latest version of NVidia’s CUDA Toolkit: 11.1. This allows Triton to take full advantage of the latest GTX 30xx cards.
There is a catch, however – CUDA 11.1 requires NVidia driver version 456.38 or newer, and that’s a fairly recent release. Make sure your drivers, and the drivers on any systems you are deploying your software to, are updated.
Only our Windows SDK’s includes pre-built libraries, so there’s no need for us to issue a new release for Linux users. If you’re using Linux, all you need to do is install the latest CUDA Toolkit and re-build Triton from source on your syste.
